The intro is a one-hour personal brand photography session designed as a simple, relaxed way to refresh your visual presence, without overthinking or overwhelm.
Think of it as an opening scene; focused, efficient and designed to give you a small but meaningful image library you’ll actually use.
Based in Uppsala and working regularly in Stockholm, I photograph founders, coaches and consultants across Sweden who want their visual presence to feel clear, intentional and aligned with the work they do.
Whether we meet in your office, a rented studio, a quiet hotel space or your own home, the session is designed around your environment and your rhythm.

Questions before the shoot

I am based in Uppsala; if you are in Stockholm and Uppsala, there is no transport fee.
Let's chat if you are just a bit outside of those cities; I might also cover that area. Otherwise, there will be a cost for travel. We can discuss this further.I am available to travel in Sweden and Europe.

Before the photoshoot, we will meet in person or via video call to prepare for the photoshoot. We will discuss many things from outfits, props, and many other things. I’ll help you. I want you to enjoy the whole experience!

I provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee; that’s how sure I am. It is important to me that you are happy with your photos. If you don’t love them, we can re-do it again or get your money back.
*Money back doesn’t include the transport fee when travelling outside the area. -
This depends on your brand story, what you want to create in this photoshoot. But normally it is in your office space and that can be in your home corner, or your seperate office space.
The past clients rent Airbnb to match what they want for their brand story. Others rent a hotel suite cause that match their target clients and their brand. -
Brand story generated from your “about” page, who you are and what’s the story of this company you are building, the reasons of your services and products.
It doesn’t have to be big and dramatic. It is your what, why and who as well as your unique perspectives.
For The Presence Series session you’ll receive a deep dive questionnaire about your brand. We will work and have discussion from that. So don’t worry we will work together on this! -
I’d suggest to use 3-5 colours from your brand colours. But I also suggest the colours you love and you look good at, or clothes that people compliment often. Have the story or the message of your company you want to visually communicate in your head, while you are planning.
We discuss this as well during photoshoot preparation. I’ll help you. My past experience working with fashion industry is definitely have an advantage in what I do now.

One thing we definitely can’t control is the weather! So we will reschedule to the closest date. However, we try to stick with the plan if it is just raindrops. If the location is indoors and if it doesn’t affect us, we march on ;)

Within 7–14 working days, you’ll receive a curated proof gallery to review and select your final images.You’ll have up to 14 days to make your selection. Once confirmed, I complete the final edits and deliver your finished image library— ready to use across your website, social platforms, and professional communication.

It is a photography editing process where I edit and then convert the photo files from the camera RAW to JPG files so you can use them.
I edit photos to enhance a natural, clean, polished look, and I use one of the professional photography post-processing software, Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. -
Yes, of course. You can use your photos for everything you need for your business. Even though the copyright of the photos is always belong to the photographer.
If you are featured in any magazines or newspapers, I would appreciate if you credit me as the photographer, and let me know, so I can promote your success. -
I don’t give out the RAW version away. Just because it is basically half done of my work, if I do so.
The RAW version is really big (each photo can be as big as 25 mb / image) and they are not yet edited. So it will look dark, insignificant (since it has detail pixels information there).
I edit the photos myself. It is part of my photography service. It takes me 20 hours or more (depends on the file size) to edit, clean up, colour enhance, etc. -
Of course! If you have your fun friends or your spouse that can make you laugh and relax more. invite them! That would be fun!

01. CONNECTYou start by sending an enquiry. From there, we’ll connect over coffee or a short call to talk about your work, your goals, and what you’d like your images to communicate — including any hesitations about being in front of the camera.
If we’re aligned, I’ll send a simple agreement and booking details so we can confirm your session and move into planning.
02. PRE-SHOOTThis is where the foundation takes shape.
Based on our conversation, I prepare your visual direction — including mood, locations, wardrobe guidance, pacing, and the small details that support your story. You’ll receive a clear preparation guide so you know what to bring, wear, and prepare.
We plan just enough to keep the shoot intentional, while leaving space for natural moments.
03. PHOTOSHOOTOn the day, you simply show up as you. I guide you gently throughout, so you never have to wonder what to do.
We move through different scenes, capturing how you work, connect, and move— a mix of lightly directed and candid moments, with space for short breaks.
04. OUTCOMEThis is the last step, the selection & delivery. Within 7–14 working days, you’ll receive a curated proof gallery to review and select your final images.
You’ll have up to 14 days to make your selection. Once confirmed, I complete the final edits and deliver your finished image library— ready to use across your website, social platforms, and professional communication.
