Questions before the shoot
-
I’m based in Uppsala and work with clients in both Uppsala and Stockholm, so there’s no additional travel fee within those areas.
I also photograph clients in nearby cities and other parts of Sweden depending on the project. If travel costs apply, everything is always discussed clearly in advance.

Personal brand photography is more than traditional headshots.
It’s about creating images that reflect not only what you look like, but also how you work, communicate, and want your business to feel. The images can include portraits, details, atmosphere, your workspace, or even small everyday moments, so not everything has to be focused on your face. You don’t even have to be in all the frames.
The goal is to create a collection of visuals that represent your brand consistently across your website, LinkedIn, launches, newsletters, and overall online presence. -
That’s completely normal and honestly, most of my clients say this before the shoot.
You don’t need to know how to pose or “be good” in front of the camera beforehand. A big part of my process is creating a calm environment where you can ease into it naturally. I guide you throughout the session with simple direction, movement, and conversation rather than stiff posing.
We also plan the session together beforehand, so you’re not arriving without any direction or idea of what’s going to happen. And when the images are ready, you’ll select your final favourites from a curated gallery, so you’re part of the process throughout.
-
That’s completely understandable. Especially if you’re not used to being photographed often.
A big part of my process is creating clarity before the shoot itself through conversations, planning together, moodboards, location choices, and gentle guidance during the session. The goal is for the images to feel aligned with both you and your business, not forced or overly performative.
Clients also select their final images from a curate proof gallery, so you’re part of the process throughout rather than simply receiving a random set of photos at the end. -
I usually recommend choosing outfits that feel like an elevated version of your everyday work life; something you genuinely feel comfortable and confident wearing.
Before the session, I help client think through colour, outfit combinations and how the images will be used. Most clients prepare 2-4 outfits depending on the session type.
-
Once your session is booked, I’ll guide you through the preparation process step by step. This includes conversations around your business, visual direction, locations outfits, mood, and how you want the images to feel overall. You will also receive a copy of a Preparation Guide.
The preparation is something we shape together. -
That’s completely okay and actually quite common.
Many clients book because they feel they’ve outgrown their current visuals, even if they can’t fully explain their brand direction yet. Part of my process is helping you clarify the atmosphere, feeling, and story we want the image to communicate.
You don’t need to have a perfectly polished “personal brand” before booking. -
The locations depend on the story we want the images to tell. Some clients prefer working from home, cafés, hotels, or outdoor spaces, while others rent an Airbnb that matches their aesthetic preference or hotel meeting room.

Questions during the shoot
-
The sessions are usually calm, conversational, and more relaxed than most people expect.
I guide you throughout the shoot while still leaving space for natural movement and in between scenes moments.
We often move between locations slowly, take short breaks when needed, and adjust along the way rather than rushing through a strict shot list. -
It depends on the session type and what you need the images for.
The Intro is a shorter session designed for focused updates and essential brand images. The Presence Series is a longer, more story-driven session with additional time for multiple locations, outfits, and visual varierity. -
Of course. Some clients prefer having someone familiar nearby, especially if it helps them feel more relaxed during the session.
-
Swedish weather can change quickly, so I always keep flexibility in mind when planning outdoor sessions.
In many cases, we can still continue with slight adjustments, move indoors, or adapt atmosphere creatively. If conditions become too extreme, we can discuss rescheduling.
Questions after the shoot
-
The number of final edited images depends on the session you book.
The Intro includes a smaller curate collection, while The Presence Series includes a larger gallery with more variety for websites, launches, content, and long-term use.
Full details are always available in the “Services” page. -
Client usually receive their final edited gallery within 10-15 working days depending on the session size and season.
For Event Photography, I usually send a small preview selection earlier; often within 24-48 hours, so clients can begin sharing images on social media while the event is still fresh and active. The full gallery is then delivered afterwards. -
No, RAW files are not included.
The final edited images are a large part of the creative process and reflect the finished visual style of my work. -
The online gallery usually stays available for several months after delivery. I’ll always include the gallery expiration date in the final delivery email so you have plenty of time to download everything comfortably.
That said, I still recommend backing up your final images promptly for safekeeping.
Brand Strategy & Planning
-
Traditional headshots usually focus on a single portrait of your face, often used for profile pictures, company websites, or LinkedIn.
Personal Brand photography goes further by creating collection of images that show your personality, work, environment, process, and overall presence.
The goal is to create visuals that feel more connected to who you are and how you work, not just how you look like. -
Yes, payment instalments are available for The Presence Series.
I understand that brand photography can be meaningful investment for a growing business, so I’m happy to discuss a payment structure that feels manageable and clear for both sides. -
Usually when you start feeling a small disconnect between where your business is now and the visuals you’re still using.
For many clients, this happens during a new launch, website update, rebrand, business pivot, or simply when they feel they’ve outgrown their old photos. Sometimes the business has already evolved, but the images still represent an older season of it.
Fresh brand photos can help bring more consistency to your website, LinkedIn, messaging, and overall presence — while also helping you feel more connected to the direction you’re growing into.
